Social Responsibility

Elmarie has been fundraising for many years for SEAL COLLEGE, a school for disabled children in Milnerton, Cape Town. In 2014 enough funds were raised to purchase the first bus to transport the children to their outings.

In 2015, to commemorate Women’s Day, we hosted and organized a fun(!)raiser for mothers, daughters and grandmothers. Laughter teacher Kate Squire-Howe was the guest speaker and soon had everyone forget their cares with laughter therapy.

Elmarie has also recently taken on TREVELYN LODGE, a residential facility for disabled adults outside Vredenburg, as a fundraising project. To date, over R800 000 has been raised to assist the facility.
